Dr. Jennifer Hall is the Associate Director of the Critical Thinking through Writing initiative. As Associate Director, she works with the CTW Director and faculty Ambassadors to help departments integrate the CTW graduation requirement into their curriculum. She is also a part of the Writing Across the Curriculum program, offering training and faculty support for the Online Writing Environment.
Dr. Hall specializes in Eighteenth-Century British literature, with a focus on the Gothic novel. Currently, she is revising a chapter of her dissertation, The Third Person in the Room: Servants and the Construction of Identity in the Eighteenth-Century Gothic Novel, for publication in an edited collection on servants in literature. She has recently presented papers at the Rocky Mountain Modern Language Association Conference, the Biannual Critical Thinking and Writing Conference, and the Conference on College Composition and Communication.
